Woody Stanchina

Woody graduated from VCU in 2016 with a degree in Risk Management and Insurance and served as VP of Gamma Iota Sigma, the International Risk Management and Insurance professional fraternity, during his senior year. He joined Continental Underwriters in 2015 as a Risk Assessment Intern and later became a Production Underwriter, the role he remains in today. In 2022, he earned his Executive MBA from VCU, highlighting his commitment to learning and industry relationships. Woody is known for his rigorous customer advocacy, His keen awareness of market trends, and his consistent efforts to foster relationships with both new and existing clients. Beyond work, he enjoys sports, outdoor activities and cherishes time with friends and family. He loves traveling to find the next best meal and spending time in the kitchen cooking for family and friends. Additionally, he is set to marry his fiancé, Cat, next spring, adding another exciting chapter to his life.
